Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Greta Lion purchase. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If there’s any issue with your delivery, contact us at info@gretalion.com within three (3) days of receiving your package. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’ll work quickly to make it right.
We gladly accept returns within 14 days of receipt.
Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with all seals, labels, and safety stickers intact.
You are responsible for both the outbound and return shipping costs.
Refunds for card payments will be issued to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned items. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Opened or used cosmetic products
- Hairbrushes, combs, or styling tools that have been used or removed from original packaging
- Custom sets or promotional bundles
- Gift cards or special orders
If you are unsure whether your product is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.
Right to Withdraw from the Purchase
In accordance with Article 6.228(10) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract (to return a product in good condition) within 14 days of receiving the item, without providing a reason, except for the statutory exceptions. All payments made by the buyer, including the original delivery costs, will be refunded within 14 days from the date we receive notice of withdrawal. The refund may be withheld until the returned item has been received or until proof of shipment has been provided. The buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
Defective or Faulty Items
If you receive a defective or faulty item, please contact us at info@gretalion.com as soon as possible, but no later than within two (2) years from the date of delivery. For items with a defined shelf life (such as cosmetics), claims regarding defects can be made if the defects are discovered before the expiry date. Depending on the situation, we will either replace the defective product with a new one or issue a full refund.
Consumer Dispute Resolution
If a consumer believes that their rights or legitimate interests have been violated, they must submit a written complaint to the Seller within three (3) months from the date of the alleged violation. The Seller must review the complaint free of charge and provide a detailed, reasoned written response within fourteen (14) days. If the issue cannot be resolved, the consumer has the right to apply to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba), address: Goštauto g. 12, Vilnius, Lithuania, website: www.vvtat.lt, or to a court.
