This year, we were proud sponsors of the World Deaf Sailing Championship. We had the chance to witness a historic moment for Lithuania – for the first time, we won a medal at the World Deaf Sailing Championship! 🇱🇹 Special congratulations to sailor Laura Jūdvytytė, who secured a bronze medal and marked Lithuania as a champion in the world of sailing.

Alongside Lithuanian Lina, representatives from 13 other countries hoisted their sails: 🇺🇸 USA, 🇩🇰 Denmark, 🇧🇷 Brazil, 🇯🇵 Japan, 🇬🇧 Great Britain, 🇫🇷 France, 🇨🇦 Canada, 🇵🇱 Poland, 🇹🇷 Turkey, 🇺🇦 Ukraine, 🇩🇪 Germany, and 🇧🇪 Belgium. The World Deaf Championship in Neringa, Nida, is also significant as this year marks 100 years since the first Deaflympics were organized in Paris. The Greta Lion logo was proudly displayed on the yachts of the Lithuanian sailors.

This world-class sporting event, held in Nida, is essential to us. We are honoured to be part of something meaningful to all of us. We hope that our support, belief, unity, and encouragement will continue to help the deaf community achieve great victories.
